Soiltech has been awarded two contracts for drilling waste management, both on the jackup drilling rig Noble Resilient. This will be the first time Soiltech’s sustainable technologies are installed on this rig.
WintershallDea has awarded Soiltech a contract for treating contaminated water during a plug and abandonment (P&A) campaign in the Danish sector of the North Sea, with estimated startup in the second quarter. Soiltech will be using its market leading Slop Treatment Technology (STT) for the project.
In continuation of the WintershallDea contract, Petrogas E&P has awarded Soiltech a contract for cuttings handling, slop treatment and cleaning services in the UK. For this drilling campaign, Soiltech will provide a wide range of our innovative technologies and solutions, securing efficient and climate friendly treatment of the drilling waste on the rig.
- We are delighted to report these contracts with WintershallDea and Petrogas E&P, which we see as a recognition of our efforts to develop technologies that contribute to lower carbon emissions and higher efficiency. We look forward to once again be working with Noble Drilling on two exciting projects, says Jan Erik Tveteraas, the CEO of Soiltech.
