The estimated contract duration for the Maersk Resolute is 575 days plus options to add additional work scopes with a total estimated duration of 228 days . Soiltech will be onboard the rig and support projects for both TotalEnergies and Petrogas in the UK and Dutch sector respectively.

Stig H. Christiansen, CEO in Soiltech, comments; “We are grateful to see our long standing and growing relationship with Maersk Drilling being further reinforced by these contracts, which secure long-time work for Soiltech on the Maersk Resolute. We look forward to apply our treatment technology to a TotalEnergies project for the first time and to again be able to serve Petrogas. We will support Maersk to ensure safe, cost efficient and sustainable drilling operations on behalf of TotalEnergies and Petrogas”.

The STT is a mechanical technology which is used on location, treating water contaminated with oil and particles. The treated oil and water may be reused in the drilling process.
